Mr. Jamel, Vice President Ops of Bovet House, gave us a unique opportunity to see all stages of watch creation - from design and production of parts to hand engraving and assembly. A highlight of our trip was meeting Mr.Pascal Raffy, the visionary owner of Bovet, in the historic castle of Môtiers. This castle, once home to the brand's founders in the 19th century, provided a profound insight into Bovet's philosophy, which is deeply rooted in passion, dedication, and family values.
Mr. Raffy shared with us the challenges of assembling Bovet's remarkable team, comprising engineers, artists, managers, and other specialists, 70% of whom have been with the company for over a decade. This longevity within the team speaks volumes about the trust, comfort, and familial atmosphere cultivated at Bovet, emphasizing the brand's commitment to not just excellence in watchmaking but also to creating a supportive and inspiring work environment.
